The AIR-POL Sp. z o.o. was established in 1989 for production of parachuting equipment.
The company has production certificates issued by
ULC (Civil Aircraft Inspectorate) to prove its ability for design, production and repair of parachutes'
equipment.
The experience gained with time allowed to expand the production offer which includes at the moment:
- military and civil personal parachutes,
- pressure suits,
- parachutes for retards and flares,
- braking parachutes for combat aircraft,
- paragliders and paraglider equipment,
- advertising balloons and blimps,
- air banners and windsocks,
- air-conditioning equipment.
Design and R&D work is carried out by a group of expert professionals, with many years of experience in production of airworthy equipment. Global attitude to product design and manufacture allows us to fully meet the expectations of our customers while remaining competitive in terms of pricing. In order to fulfil these requirements we employ CAD software, while using earlier experimental data. This enables parametric part design and simulation of product behaviour during normal operation. Thanks to this design changes can be introduced before the product has been physically made.
When building prototypes we check the correctness of design assumptions during in-company flight trials, and subsequently test product batches are tested under real conditions by our customers. This allows to enhance the design and technology of the product and to fulfil our customers needs to the maximum, both in terms of functionality and quality. Moreover, our products are protected by many patents, both national and foreign.
